Stable Lives provides a calm, supportive, natural environment where individuals can feel safe when life’s challenges overwhelm.
At Stable Lives, we take great pride in our ability to provide timely and effective support for mental health. We work with individuals and their families dealing with, or exposed to physical or mental trauma to enable them to rest, recover and re-connect into society. Whether through our personalised 1-1 children’s courses or our comprehensive group courses for children, youth, and adults, we are dedicated to offering assistance when it is needed the most. Due to the unique set-up of support we are able to tailor our support to those who are dealing or impacted by: mental health, alcohol and substance misuse, bereavement and/or cancer diagnosis support.
