Our aim is to provide a calm, supportive, natural environment where individuals can feel safe when life’s challenges overwhelm. Within our adult courses we are able to work with individuals and their families dealing with, or exposed to physical or mental trauma to enable them to rest, recover and re-connect into society. We are based in the North West in Parbold Lancashire but do support wider afield.
We work with serving and ex-military, the blue light services and any other adults who require help and support.
Adult Courses
Adult courses run regularly throughout the year and provide five weeks’ worth of community and support for ex or serving military, blue light workers or any adult requiring support and time for reflection.
During the sessions we use equine and land-based activities to build confidence, self- esteem and resilience. Within the equine work we use our rescue horses who have experienced trauma themselves. Participants don’t need any previous experience with horses but a liking of the outdoors is beneficial!
