Who do we help?
We recognise the devastating effect that mental health challenges can have on and individual and their family therefore we have developed days and courses to support everyone affected. Courses for those with specific challenges, respite days for those supporting them and family and team building days to bring everybody together in a safe, calm environment to build solid, happy memories.
Our work is predominantly done with military and blue light workers and their families however we also reach out to those in the community that need our support so if you would like to access our services then please get in touch. We work hard with fundraising so that our services are free for those that attend. All are inclusive of food, drink and equipment. We have waterproof clothing and suitable footwear for anyone that may not have it.
Website referrals
Referrals can be made for yourself or others by emailing the link on this website. Please supply your name, contact details and a brief background as to why you would like support. An online form will then be sent dependent on the best option for you or the person who you are supporting. Referrals are treated with utmost privacy and are only read by the course lead.
Our goal is to never let financial challenges be a reason to not access our support, so we work hard to fundraise to allow courses to be free at the point of access. All that we ask is that if you apply for a course then you commit to attending all 6 sessions as those who attend all gain the most impact on their lives and there are often waiting lists in place.
Volunteering
All of our work is done with the help of a team of very generous and kind volunteers. If you feel that there is any area of our work that you would be keen to provide support in then do please get in touch. In particular we are always looking for people to join us for fundraising planning and events as this is the area in which we generate funds for our courses and events.
