Who do we help?
We recognise the devastating effect that mental health challenges can have on and individual and their family therefore we have developed days and courses to support everyone affected. Courses for those with specific challenges, respite days for those supporting them and family and team building days to bring everybody together in a safe, calm environment to build solid, happy memories.
Our work is predominantly done with military and blue light workers and their families however we also reach out to those in the community that need our support so if you would like to access our services then please get in touch. We work hard with fundraising so that our services are free for those that attend. All are inclusive of food, drink and equipment. We have waterproof clothing and suitable footwear for anyone that may not have it.
Website referrals
We work with many different Organisations, Charities and Local Councils to ensure that our services are accessed by those that need them, through those we can accept referrals, however if you are individual who feels they want access to our courses or respite days or you have a family member who needs our support then please get in touch via email or phone and we can discuss individual cases.
Volunteering
All of our work is done with the help of a team of very generous and kind volunteers. If you feel that there is any area of our work that you would be keen to provide support in then do please get in touch. In particular we are always looking for people to join us for fundraising planning and events as this is the area in which we generate funds for our courses and events.
