Carrie wrote this book as through her work within Stable Lives she realised that talking about our rescue horses stories ignited hope and developed resilience in adults and children.
The horses featured in the book are all based with us and are used regularly on courses and respite days. We need to talk about mental health and Carrie hopes that this book can be used as a tool to do that.
